Salon is a picture frame for Apple TV. It hangs one picture at a time, edge to edge, for as long as you like: nearly 800 works from the open collections of museums including the National Gallery of Art, The Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Art Institute of Chicago, along with photographs of Earth and space from NASA and the U.S. Geological Survey. Every picture was looked at by a person and cropped by hand to 16:9 in 4K, so nothing arrives letterboxed or stretched. Salon is a single purchase, with no subscription, no account and no tracking, and it is made independently in the EU.
